Organize your charts and collaborate

Charts is an online platform for creating, storing, and sharing engaging visualizations. However, working with too many charts can get messy at times.

Vizualist’s dashboard allows you to organize all the charts you create in a few easy and intuitive ways.

Dashboard

When you open the Vizualist dashboard, you'll be redirected to the organization that you are a member of, with all the projects you've created and projects that you have access to.

Organizations

You can easily switch between organizations.

Click on the menu icon and choose the organization in which you want to work.

Rename organizations

Enter the organization which you want to rename. In the upper corner click on the edit icon , right next to the name of the organization and enter the new name.

Search projects

When you are part of many projects, scrolling the list of projects can be difficult.

You can search easily by using a search bar where you need to enter the word or name of the project that you are looking for.

Create new project

  1. Open Vizualist dashboard.
  2. Click add icon in the upper right corner.
  3. Enter the Project name.
  4. Enter Project description (additional).
  5. Click CREATE PROJECT.

Members

If you want to see all the members of an organization, simply click on the Members tab and the list will appear.

Tags

Tags are another way to organize all your charts. They're essentially keywords you assign to your charts which will allow you to easily sort and find your charts by using the search bar at the top of the Home screen.

You can search all your charts by tags, chart type, or project name.
